Jennifer's dreams began with a
little bit of hope and great dreams for the future. This website became
the canvas of how and where it all took shape.
On February 13, 2000, I started my walk in the Word of the Lord. Becoming
a Christian changed my life in ways I never knew possible. Such a
wonderful peace with myself and all that my life has had and does have to offer
became so apparent. I saw things in a new light and realized that
everything has it's purpose and place. Even through tough times, I knew
God was with me helping me make it through. It's what He does for us.
At the time, I was unable to attend church, but had the encouragement and wisdom
of my best friend to rely on. As she has witnessed to me, I prayed that I
would someday be able to witness to others. On July 15, 2001 I attending
my first church service. No one knew me, I was living in a new place and
it was the hardest thing I ever did. I wasn't used to doing new things
like that on my own, but God helped me get there. He brought two wonderful
people into my life, who from day one helped me feel welcomed and comfortable in
an unfamiliar place. I've since been attending and was married in that
church on November 2, 2002. Nicolas Robert, my first son, was born on or around September
8, 2004. Being a mom was something I felt I was born to do. I had dreams of having a house with the white picket fence, a black lab and 2 or 3 children running around the yard. The fence is actually a stone wall and we don't have a dog, but we do have two amazing boys. Nicolas and Logan, the true loves of my life. I couldn't be more blessed. I love being a stay-at-home-mom to them watching their every milestone come to life before my eyes. I look forward to watching them grow into the amazing people God plans for them to be.
Photography has always been
something I've enjoyed. Although I always thought of it as a hobby and a
great way to keep old memories, I've always been told I have a talent in this
area. Even when I started out with a Fisher Price camera! It never
occurred to me to think about making it a career. I always lacked time and
money to further my education, but I made it and I am now a professional
photographer. My dream of becoming a photographer came late, but, I'm so
very thankful that I have the opportunity. |
